She emphasized that the controversial scene was carefully thought out after extensive discussions with Ranbir Kapoor and director Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Dimri expressed that there was no apprehension during the filming of the scene. She recalled her acting coach’s advice to never judge a character and highlighted the complexity of portraying characters with both positive and negative aspects.
Triptii also considered the character dynamics, mentioning, “Here was a woman who talks about killing his wife, father, kids, the entire family… If someone tells me that, I will perhaps beat that person!” She further explained that while Ranbir’s character instructs Zoya to lick his shoe, he eventually walks away, indicating the character’s internal struggles.
