Suhana Khan Turns ‘Agriculturalist’ Ahead Of Her Acting Debut With The Archies, Buys A Farm Land Worth 13 Crore

Suhana Khan, the talented daughter of Shah Rukh Khan, is preparing for her acting debut in Zoya Akhtar’s upcoming film, ‘The Archies.’ This Netflix production will also mark the debut of other star kids, including Khushi Kapoor (daughter of Sridevi and Boney Kapoor) and Agastya Nanda (grandson of Amitabh Bachchan), among others. Interestingly, ahead of her acting debut, Suhana has made a noteworthy investment in agricultural land.

According to reports, Suhana Khan has reportedly purchased a farm land worth Rs 13 crore. The land, measuring 1.5 acres, is located in Thal village, Alibaug, just a 12-minute drive from Alibaug town. It is worth mentioning that the documents describe Suhana Khan as an “agriculturist.” The transaction, which took place on June 1, involved the purchase of the land, along with the structures spanning 2,218 square feet. Suhana paid a stamp duty of ₹77.46 lakh for the purchase. The land was acquired from three sisters, Anjali, Rekha, and Priya Khot, who inherited it from their parents. The property is registered under the name of Déjà Vu Farm Pvt Ltd, with SRK’s mother-in-law Savita Chhibber and sister-in-law Namita Chhibber serving as directors.

Other Bollywood Investments in Alibaug

Suhana Khan is not the first Bollywood personality to invest in land in Alibaug. Celebrities like Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma, and Virat Kohli have already made substantial investments in properties in the area. Shah Rukh Khan himself owns a luxurious sea-facing property in Thal village, Alibaug, which features a swimming pool and a helipad.
