Manav Vij Slams ‘LSC’ Fans On OTT, Asks Them To Send Rs 500 To Aamir.
When Aamir Khan’s Forrest Gump rip-off Laal Singh Chaddha was released earlier this year in August, it bombed at the box office.
A tidal wave of people apparently decided not to see the film in theatres because they didn’t want to be a part of the upsetting controversy surrounding it.
After a lengthy wait, the film was released on Netflix, where it quickly gained popularity. There were many positive reactions to the film, and many viewers expressed regret that they had initially opposed it.
On the other hand, Mohammad Paji himself, actor Manav Vij, is unimpressed with the film.
In fact, he has publicly expressed his displeasure with these individuals and insisted that they “transfer Rs 500” to Aamir Khan Productions’ bank account if they are sincere in their desire to apologise.
“It [the boycotting trend] confuses you and hurts you,” he told Mid-Day.
And, he said, many viewers approached him after the film’s premiere on streaming services to express their gratitude. He stated that many Twitter users had apologised to him for not seeing Laal Singh Chaddha in theatres due to the boycott. They did, however, watch it on Netflix and enjoyed it. In my response, I told him, “Because of your naiveté, the producers are at a loss for what to do, so if you truly wanted to express your regret, you should have sent Rs 500 to Aamir Khan Productions’ bank account.
Manav was effusive in his praise for Aamir, declaring, “It means a lot to me that one of the best actors in the world thinks highly of my work. When asked about his role in the film, Manav had nothing but praise for Aamir. Aamir had high regard for me.
Manav’s wife, Meher Vij, played the lead role in Aamir’s Secret Superstar, much to everyone’s surprise. This is an intriguing fact.
Both films were directed by Advait Chandan, who was in charge of both Laal Singh Chaddha and Secret Superstar.
Aamir has decided not to appear in the English adaptation of the Spanish film Campeones.
According to a recent conversation, he will be taking a break from acting to focus on his next film.
Because he has worked nonstop for the past 35 years, the actor has stated that he wishes to spend more time with his family.
He also revealed that he will be involved as a producer in the remake of Campeones and that he will be looking for new actors to play the film’s lead roles.
