Mahesh Bhatt Had Heart Surgery; Son Rahul Bhatt Provides An Update

Mahesh Bhatt, a veteran director, has undergone heart surgery. A few days ago, the Arth director’s health deteriorated, necessitating his transfer to a neighbouring hospital for an angioplasty.

It was mentioned to the filmmaker during a routine checkup that he may need surgery. The operation was performed four days ago. Mahesh’s son Rahul Bhatt acknowledged the rumours about his father’s health condition and stated that his father underwent heart surgery earlier this week after being brought to the hospital. He added that Mahesh has returned home and is recovering quickly.

Last November, Mahesh Bhatt became a grandfather with the birth of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s daughter, Raha. He expressed his delight with the arrival of his first grandson. Alia had an intimate baby shower that was attended by her and Ranbir’s closest family and friends. The expectant parents were joined by Neetu Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Shaheen Bhatt, and many more dressed in traditional attire. Alia was observed wearing a yellow anarkali ensemble. Mahesh was dressed in complete black.

Alia delivered her daughter at the HN Reliance Hospital in Mumbai. She and Ranbir jointly announced the birth of their child on Instagram: “And the happiest news of our lives is that our child has arrived, and what a wonderful princess she is!” We are officially overflowing with love – privileged and obsessed PARENTS!!!! “Love, love, love,” she wrote in the Instagram note.
