Kamal Haasan Posts A Photo From One Of Indian 2’s Sets: ‘Great People, Great Memories.’
On Thursday, Kamal Haasan got nostalgic while filming Indian 2 near a Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose statue. “On the same day 25 years ago, Kalaignar unveiled this statue of the great warrior Netaji. While filming Indian 2, I am standing beneath the statue. Great people, great memories,” Kamal tweeted while sharing photos of the aforementioned statue.
Kamal can be seen in the photo taking a picture of the statue. On December 12, 1997, former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Kalaignar Karunanidhi unveiled the statue to commemorate Netaji’s 100th birthday.
For a long time, Indian 2 was delayed due to a variety of factors. The film was resurrected after Red Giant Movies took over as producers. The film is currently in production and is scheduled to be released in theatres next year.
