As per reports from Times Of India, Additional Sessions Judge Chander Jit Singh disposed of Jacqueline’s application as withdrawn, stating that nothing survives in the application. Earlier reports had suggested that Chandrashekhar’s letters to the media contained unwarranted statements that outraged Jacqueline’s modesty.

Jacqueline’s Claims

Jacqueline Fernandez, in her withdrawn application, asserted that Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s letters were an attempt to intimidate and threaten her. She claimed that Chandrashekhar sought to prevent her from revealing the truth in her capacity as a prosecution witness.
