In an interview with Punjab Kesari, she mentioned how male actors such as Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn, and Akshay Kumar are actively involved as producers in the films they act in, whereas female actors taking on the same role are often viewed as something new and unfamiliar. Kangana emphasized that directors have always sought her collaboration and value her opinion, as she chooses to work with people who are collaborative in nature.

Kangana highlighted her role in supporting Avneet Kaur, a newcomer, with emotionally layered scenes, as she believed that Sai, being a man, wouldn’t be able to guide her in the best way.
