Rana Daggubati Believes Prabhas & Deepika Padukone’s Project K Will Push Boundaries Beyond Baahubali And RRR

Popular actor Rana Daggubati, known for his roles in the Indian film industry, including the renowned “Baahubali” series, believes that the upcoming film “Project K,” starring Prabhas and Deepika Padukone, will surpass the achievements of “Baahubali” and SS Rajamouli’s recent blockbuster “RRR” in breaking boundaries.

Rana, who has previously worked with Deepika in “Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani,” is excited about his friend’s highly anticipated film, and his enthusiasm extends to the entire Telugu industry.

Directed by Nag Ashwin, “Project K” is a sci-fi venture that also features Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan in a pivotal role. Rana Daggubati recently attended the India Today Conclave South 2023, participating in a session titled “The Rise of the Pan India Star: How to break boundaries of Language and Geography.” During this session, Rana shared his belief that “Project K” has the potential to surpass the boundaries that “Baahubali” and “RRR” could not.

Rana expressed, “We celebrate each other’s cinema fully. Like there is another film called ‘Project K,’ which Nag Ashwin is directing with Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, and Deepika Padukone, that’s a film we are really looking forward to in Telugu.”

According to Rana, “Project K” has the power to push the boundaries even further and potentially become a global film from the Telugu cinema industry.

This statement not only reflects Rana’s excitement but also echoes the sentiments of eager fans who are eagerly awaiting the release of this highly anticipated film. As per reports, “Project K” is slated for release in January next year.
