Ranveer Singh, who is currently promoting Cirkus, was asked if there was any genre in which he had not yet acted. Ranveer has already appeared in rom-coms, historical epics, comedies, and action films, but horror is a genre he has yet to venture into.
“Horizon toh mein dekhta hee nahin, meri phat ti hain,” Ranveer told Pinkvilla. The Cirkus team discussed old Hindi classics with actors playing multiple roles. The team brought back Dilip Kumar’s Ram Aur Shyam, as well as other hits like Seeta Aur Geeta. Cirkus director Rohit Shetty, who was also present, shared an anecdote. His father was a stunt coordinator for Seeta Aur Geeta, and his mother was a body double for Hema Malini in the same film, he claimed. Cirkus looks like it will be a good time.
